DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
DELIVERY COSTS
A flat rate courier fee applies to all standard orders. Orders over R750 qualify for free delivery — T&Cs apply.
LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS
Electronics and other large or heavy items (e.g. TVs, fridges) may incur additional courier charges regardless of order value. These charges will be communicated before dispatch or calculated at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Femek Essential is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
