Welcome to Femek Essential. By accessing and using femekessential.co.za you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. GENERAL

These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and wholesale buyers. Femek Essential reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via PayFast (EFT, credit card) and Cash on Delivery for select areas. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received or COD has been arranged.

3. PRICING ERRORS

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you, or contact you for further instructions before dispatch.

4. DELIVERY

We deliver across South Africa via courier. Free delivery applies to orders over R750 — T&Cs apply for large or heavy items (e.g. electronics), which may incur additional courier charges. Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items only, subject to approval.

6. WHOLESALE & BULK ORDERS

Wholesale pricing is available for registered businesses and bulk buyers. Wholesale terms, minimum order quantities and payment terms will be agreed separately via WhatsApp or email.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a substitute, refund, or delayed delivery.

8. ELECTRONICS — THIRD PARTY FULFILMENT

Selected electronics products are fulfilled and delivered by our trusted partners. Warranty and support for these items are handled directly by the relevant supplier. T&Cs apply.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including text, images, logos and branding is the property of Femek Essential and may not be used without permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Femek Essential is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except where prohibited by South African law.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
