At Femek Essential, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. T&Cs apply. We reserve the right to assess each return request individually. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • A valid reason must be provided

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Fresh produce (eggs, meat, water)
  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

All returns are subject to approval. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.

SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent.
